ABUNDANT YOGA: Yoga for Everyone (Session 1) with Carol Branning, RYT-200Accessible yoga - yoga for EVERY body. You can do yoga! Together, we will practice breath and movement to facilitate balance, strength, flexibility and resilience. Come as you are, use what you have, do what you can. You will need a yoga mat, a strap, 2-3 blocks, and a blanket. All of these items can be loaned to you from the instructor (all sanitized for your safety).
